As someone from Jharkhand living in Bangalore for the last two years, finding authentic local snacks has been a challenge. Most platforms only sell "namak para," which completely lacks the traditional hometown flavor and made of maida and palm oil. Plus, finding healthier options like aata nimki on Blinkit or Instamart is nearly impossible. SnackDesi completely solved this for me.
