At Snackdesi, all our snacks are prepared fresh — just like they would be in a home kitchen. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS/email notification once your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery time typically ranges between 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • We currently ship across most cities and towns in India through trusted delivery partners.

  • Delivery may take longer during holidays or extreme weather, or in remote areas, and delays can also occur due to operational issues at the courier’s end.

📍 Delivery Address

  • We ship the order to the exact address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

  • Please double-check your address and pin code before placing the order.

  • In case the courier is unable to deliver due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may not be able to assist or reship the order, as our snacks are perishable and made to order.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

  • We may offer free shipping deals on special occasions — follow us on WhatsApp and Instagram for updates!

📦 Delivery Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect, or

  • Partially missing

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • A photo of the outer packaging

  • A photo of the snacks inside

  • A short video showing the condition of the package and contents

  • Your Order ID and phone number used while ordering

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

❌ Missed Deliveries

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, the order cannot be re-shipped or refunded.
