At Snackdesi, we make every snack fresh and with love, just like it’s made at home. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we follow a strict but fair policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you ever face an issue with your order, please be assured that your concern will be resolved in the best possible manner.

🚫 Return Policy

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • As our snacks are perishable food items, they cannot be restocked or resold once delivered.

  • We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

💡 Replacement Policy

We aim to resolve any issue through a replacement first, wherever possible.

A free replacement may be offered if:

  • The item received is damaged, incorrect, or partially missing.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the outer package and the snacks inside are shared to help us assess the issue.

  • The product has not been consumed.

If a replacement is possible, we’ll arrange for it to be shipped at no extra cost.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • A replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or logistical issues.

  • The issue is genuine and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The customer has shared clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items, including the outer packaging.

Refunds will:

  • Be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

📸 Important Note on Evidence Submission

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please make sure to send:

  • A photo of the outer packaging (showing any tampering or damage).

  • A photo of the snacks inside the packaging.

  • A brief description of the problem (e.g., broken items, incorrect product, missing pack).
