1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in specific cases:

  • Damaged Products: If the product you received is damaged during delivery, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong item, we will issue a full refund once the product is returned.

Refunds are not available for the following:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Products that were opened or consumed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, and include a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review the request and process the refund within 7 business days.

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of an issue with the payment method (e.g., expired card), we will arrange an alternate method.

4. Refund Method and Timing

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Timing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Return of Products

If a product is eligible for return (damaged or incorrect items), you will need to return the product before the refund can be processed. We will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
